You are welcome to read this site, share links to it and quote from it with attribution. Please do not:

• try to gain access to parts of the site, or to systems behind it, that are not offered to you
• probe, scan or load-test it, or interfere with how it works for other people
• copy it wholesale or collect its content by automated means at a rate that burdens the server
• use it to send us anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to send
• present yourself as someone you are not when you contact us

This site describes the service as accurately as we can, and we correct it when we find an error. It is still a description and not a contract. Features marked as planned or on the roadmap are intentions, not commitments, and may change.

The detection figures we publish are measurements: a stated number of calls, placed over the call routes described, on the dates given. They tell you what happened in those tests. They are not a guarantee of how the service will perform on your lines, with your callers, on routes we have not measured. That is what a pilot on your own traffic is for, and what your agreement with us will set out.

Timelines, queues and example calls that are marked as illustrative are illustrations. Their timings are chosen to explain how the service behaves, and are not measurements.

The demo on the home page plays a sample recording and shows how a call is scored. It runs in your browser, does not use your microphone and sends nothing to us. It is there to explain the product. It is not the live service and it should not be used to make a decision about a real call.

The text, figures, design and code of this site belong to Trueline or are used with permission. You may view the site and quote from it as described above. Any other use needs our written permission.

This site shows the names and logos of telephony and contact-centre platforms to say which platforms the service can receive call audio from. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean that those companies endorse, sponsor or are partners of ours, unless the site says so in words.

The site also links to reports and articles published by others. We link to them as sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.

This website is provided as it is. We try to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on what it says, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

This section is about the website. Our responsibilities to customers for the service are set out in their agreement with us.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of the page. The version on this page is the one that applies from that date.
